Ana Assis

Art Director

Textile Engineer with 30 years of professional experience in companies in the sector, operations management and product development. Founder of textile service companies in the area of dyeing and finishing. Currently a consultant, participating in projects implementing sustainability strategies. Responsible for training at the Systemic Future Academy in the development, communication and implementation of courses. She holds a degree in Textile Engineering from the University of Minho, a master's degree in Literature and Comparative Culture from the University of Porto, in which she studied the role of the UN and climate summits and the interrelation between climate, community and governance. She is certified in Project Management, being a PMP® by the PMI® Project Management Institute. She also has the executive course in Sustainable Leadership from Imperial College Business School. She does volunteer work in the PMI Schools program, organized by PMI Portugal, and in the Citizenship and Volunteering cluster of GRACE.

Pedro Wilton

Tech Lead

Economist, MBA, approximately 30 years of experience in the financial sector, capital markets, regulation, and sustainable finance operations. Currently, he is a Director at Systemic, responsible for projects with the financial sector related to ESG, taxonomy, and sustainability strategies, and a Professor in the Postgraduate Program in Financial Markets at ISCTE. In the past, he worked at Banco Nacional Ultramarino; at the Securities and Exchange Commission (CMVM); as an advisor to the Office of the Secretary of State for Finance and Treasury, with special functions in the financial and privatization sector; and at Euronext, where he held commercial functions with the national business sector (large companies and SMEs). He holds a degree in Economics from Nova University of Lisbon and an MBA specializing in Finance from the Catholic University of Portugal. He also has an executive course from ISEG on "Sustainable Finance".

Sofia Santos (coordinator)

Tech Lead

CEO of Systemic, specializing in climate finance and sustainability strategies. She has helped several companies design their sustainability strategies and meet investor requirements, and has also worked on the design of voluntary carbon markets. Internationally, she is currently a consultant for the Africa region at the United Nations Green Climate Fund and a consultant in Climate and Sustainability Finance on various projects for the French Development Agency. Sofia Santos is the author of seven books, three of which are dedicated to sustainable finance. At ISEG, she is co-coordinator of the executive course in "Sustainable Finance" and teaches sustainability and ESG topics to MBA, Master of Finance, and other executive courses. She holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from ISEG, a master's degree in Economics from Birkbeck College, University of London, and a doctorate from Middlesex University in London on the role of banks in promoting sustainable development. She holds the "EFFAS Certified ESG Analyst" certification and completed the online course on TCFD offered by UNEP FI, obtaining a final grade of 9.5 out of 10 points.
